IT Operation Specialist

We are looking for an IT specialist to join our IT Operations team.
You will ensure that Octopus Deploy staff can continue working and that internal systems are operational. You will also assist in managing the company’s laptop fleet, office systems, and SaaS platforms.
We are a remote-first company, so you will most often support users remotely. Therefore, excellent problem-solving and communication skills are a must.
Octopus Deploy is cloud-first. This means we rely heavily on multiple SaaS services, which you may be called upon to help troubleshoot.
We work in a Hybrid Model, split between our office in Israel and remote work from home, to ensure flexibility in work-life balance.

A Typical Day Might Look Like:
Responding to support requests from users over Slack
Laptop management, receiving, wiping, and reconfiguring devices ready to send out to users for permanent use or on loan
General problem-solving and assistance on diverse software applications
Assisting end users with troubleshooting device & connectivity issues
Working with our HR & Finance team members to help onboard new Octonaut’s and offboard leaving alumni
Basic GSuite, Microsoft Office 365, & Azure Administration duties
Physical access administration
