Technical Lead Manager, Google Notifications

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development.
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Experience in leadership role or in people management.

Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience with iOS or mobile development.
3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

Responsibilities
Lead and guide on the technical aspects of development including requirements definition, design, implementation, and success metrics.
Lead, manage, inspire, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Providing feedback, career development, own all manager responsibilities, and help influence a learning/growth based culture.
Ensure the team delivers solutions, meeting performance and scalability.
Oversee and drives iOS notification capabilities and improvements, enabling new use cases for Google apps and driving iOS engagement.
Foster partnerships with key stakeholders within the organization.
