Join us as General Manager in Uzbekistan*Hiring process*Introduction, test assignment (we value your work and time, so we pay for the test assignment) and a final meeting*What our offer includes specifically for this role** opportunity to grow your career with an international IT company that has Ukrainians roots* lead and develop Uzbek market with full P&L ownership* increase business results of the company that unites hundreds of thousands of active customers* implement your skill set in fostering leadership in the ride-hailing service industry* a culture of data-driven decision-making* immersing in a company culture that finds each employee significant and valuable and those, who can influence processes* bonus component based on achieving goals in the first 6 months*How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:*● create the country's long-term strategy based on local needs, opportunities, and regulations● lead and grow a team of 70+ people● take full ownership of P&L and business objectives● oversee and find cost-effective ways to improve the budget spending● develop a strategy to attract car fleets and private drivers, adapting it based on local specifics and insights● find cost-effective ways to boost our drivers base and loyalty● delve into the details, conduct in-depth analyses, and solve problems● grow the Uklon brand - represent us in the local community and media● advise and closely collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal, or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives*Challenges for six months:*● in-depth knowledge and integration into the business: test the service as a Driver for 3-4 days, visit and establish connections with partners and regulators, meet with key team members, and familiarize with all necessary documentation● build and maintain relationships with key partners and secure at least two new partnership● propose 3-4 new solutions that will enhance outcomes and improve team performance● deep understanding of P&L and identification of at least two potential areas for enhancement● develop a comprehensive development strategy for the next 12-24 months● maintain business continuity, achieve key operational targets, such as orders completed and contribution margin● analyze the current organizational structure and propose improvements that will enhance the team's effectiveness*To achieve the results, you will need:*● at least 3 years of management experience in fast-moving environments, such as active growth startups, technology, and consulting firms etc● successful experience running operations, bizdev deals● experience in leading a cross-functional team of over 50 individuals, including hiring and participating in organizational restructuring● a business-oriented attitude, goal-oriented● analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making (data-driven/informed approaches)● a jack of many trades who feels comfortable doing anything from hiring to support to product discussions;● easily network with people of all backgrounds● proven experience in leading negotiations for multi-million dollar contracts and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives● experience in management PnL and control of budgeting processes across various departments and core functions of the company● fluent in English, Russian, Uzbek is a plus*How will you level up your skills in Uklon?*● knowledge sharing among the teams (lectures, trainings, mentorship programs)● attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.If you are looking for a vibrant and ambitious product company aiming at development and global expansion, if you are ready to further improve your expertise, join the Uklon team.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):* Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Tashkent for this job?Language:* English (Required)* Russian (Required)* Uzbek (Required)
