A successful High-Tech company in Hod Hasharon is looking for a Service Now ITOM junior Implmentor Responsibilities: • Deploy, Configure and manage ServiceNow Discovery and Event Management solutions to discover, monitor and map IT assets (cloud/on-prem). • Implement technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, including oversight and unit testing of developed solutions • Integrate Discovery with CMDB, Incident, and Change Management modules. • Participate in customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and CMDB solutions • Troubleshoot, optimize, and document Discovery processes • Advise customers on IT infrastructure best practices and help them leverage ServiceNow ITOM capabilities to improve operational efficiency • 1-2 years of experience with administration of IT infrastructure and scripting abilities • Valid Israeli Security Clearance (level 02/03) - MUST • ServiceNow valid ITSM Certification – MUST • ServiceNow platform experience (Administration, ITSM, Glide scripting) - MUST • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP • Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript/Python/Shell scripting) • Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT infrastructure • Experience with AI tools and advanced prompting skills
