Head of HW production

We are looking for a head of HW production as part of our HW division.The head of HW production is responsible for leading Series 3- Series 6 HP Indigo digital printing press manufacturing operations, including AOS plan & execution, quality management, LEAN implementation, budget control, safety, and all operational aspects of the production line. The role ensures the production line meets demand with high quality while driving continuous improvement.Responsibilities:Production Management: Lead Series 3-6 manufacturing, manage assembly and integration teams, develop production plans, and ensure timely delivery.Quality & Safety: Ensure the highest product quality, implement quality control measures, and maintain strict safety protocols.Change Leadership & Professionalism: Demonstrate a passion for driving change, striving for professionalism, and promoting continuous improvement. Work closely with senior management to align strategic goals and drive operational excellence.LEAN & Efficiency: Lead LEAN initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimize production processes to reduce waste and costs.Budget Control: Develop and track production budgets, control costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Planning, Sourcing, Engineering, and IT to ensure seamless production integration.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop teams, set performance goals, and foster a high-performance culture.Qualifications:Experience in large-scale manufacturing, preferably in printing or similar industries.Strong knowledge of AOS plans, NPI processes, LEAN manufacturing, and budget control.Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
