Account Payable Manager

In this role, you will need to focus on automation and optimization of the team processes and build strong relationships with various stakeholders. If you are passionate about driving change, analytical and tech-savvy who can easily adopt new tools and processes HP Indigo is the place for you.Responsibilities:Train, motivate and develop account payable staff membersIdentify and lead automation opportunities, process improvements and cost efficienciesOversee AP activities to ensure they are completed accuracy and on timeCompile, analyze and report financial information to management and government agenciesManage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end transactions.Develop, improve and enforce policies and governanceBuild and maintain strong relationship with employees and vendors.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related fieldCPA certification5 or more years of accounting experienceAt least 3 years of account payable experienceProficient in SAP, QAD or similar type of ERP systemExtensive knowledge about accounting and account payable proceduresExperience in leading Account Payable automation projects - An advantageAbility to identify and project manage new initiativesStrong personal computer and business solutions software skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and EnglishValues the importance of accuracy and attention to detail#LI-POST
