Account Director- Defense & Security

About the Role PixelSight is looking for a commercially driven Strategic Account Director to develop and expand relationships with key defense and security customers. The role focuses on understanding customers' operational challenges, identifying new opportunities, and translating them into technology solutions and long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers. Proactively identify unmet operational needs and opportunities beyond existing deployments. Lead customer discussions to uncover challenges and define potential solutions. Work closely with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to develop tailored solutions. Drive upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into additional units, sites, and operational capabilities. Own commercial opportunities from initial discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closing. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in strategic account management, solution sales, or business development. Proven experience selling complex technology solutions to defense, government, or security customers. Strong understanding of defense systems, C4ISR, sensors, electro-optics, or related technologies. Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and turn them into significant commercial opportunities. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong technical curiosity, business judgment, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Fluent Hebrew and English.
