*Role Description*

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with the majority of work to be done in our Jerusalem office and the potential for some remote work. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-life cycle recruiting, creating employer branding strategies, interviewing candidates, and hiring the best talent for our growing company.

*Qualifications*

* Experience in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring
* Ability to create and execute employer branding strategies
* Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate fit
* Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruiting metrics
* Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Experience in the technology industry and/or experience recruiting for technical roles is a plus
