Compliance Project Manager

*In this role you will:*
* Act as the primary interface to all Compliance officers to ensure complying with all relevant regulations and specifications.
* Responsible for overseeing and managing compliance projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, Data, IT) to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Monitor project progress and track key milestones, promptly addressing any deviations from the plan.
* Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and regulatory bodies.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, meeting minutes, and compliance reports.

*You have:*
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional) preferred.
* At least 5 years project management experience or a similar role
* Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in Fin-tech industry
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Deep Technical understanding and proven experience in overseeing technical projects from initiation to completion.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent English (both written and spoken).
