Requirements:

At least 5 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
Expertise in sourcing top talent using creative, strategic methods and advanced tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment data.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for global communication.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) – an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Work with hiring managers to create clear and effective job descriptions and recruitment plans.
Source talent using diverse channels and advanced tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and more.
Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, track KPIs, and continuously refine strategies.
Provide exceptional candidate experiences through clear communication and timely feedback.
Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and targeted campaigns to enhance our employer brand.
