We are seeking a part-time position (50%) Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary R&D projects combining software (computational biology), experimental biology and chemistry. The R&D projects are both inter-company projects and projects with external parties.

Our offices are in Rehovot.

The position requires:

Tight work with customers and internal multidisciplinary teams to structure workplans, including objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
Identifying critical path activities and bottlenecks.
Monitoring and coordinating the progress of project activities, ensuring execution according to workplan (milestones, objectives, and budget).
Managing and monitoring project workflows and budget.
Managing cross-company interfaces with various teams, as well as external customer interfaces.

All you need is:

Experience of at least 3 years in project management in the life science industry – must.
BSc/MSc in Biology or other life sciences – must.
Extensive experience and comfort with Gantt charts, project management software and Excel.
Experience with computational and software R&D project management practices – advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Hebrew and English.
Available for part-time employment (50%position) in our Rehovot offices.
