A software company from the Mer Group, specializing in command and control systems C4I for smart cities, is looking for a professional Implementation and Support Specialist with experience in (C4I) Command and Control systems to join our leading team. The role combines technical work and customer support, along with collaboration with clients in Israel and abroad, and includes responsibility for implementing advanced systems and ensuring customer satisfaction. The company’s offices are located in Or Yehuda. Main Responsibilities: · Maintain ongoing communication with the company’s clients (integrators and end users) in Israel and abroad · Collect, analyse, and define user requirements, and write specification documents · Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on the system and its capabilities · Provide advanced technical support (high-level support) and troubleshoot issues · Represent user needs to the development teams · Perform maintenance, version updates, and implementation of new modules · Spanish – native language / high level – mandatory · Proven experience in implementing C4I systems or similar systems – mandatory · Broad vision and experience in project management – significant advantage · Experience in system analysis, implementation, testing, and training · Ability to work with clients and handle multiple tasks under pressure – mandatory · Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork ability · High-level reading and writing skills in Hebrew and English · Willingness to travel for work in Israel and abroad – mandatory Advantages: · Experience in communication networks, including domain and user management · Knowledge in system administration (Linux and Windows) · Experience working with SQL databases
