Algo Product Owner- Maternity Leave replacement

Description

Algo Product Owner takes an active role in the definition, development, and execution of the product or feature. He/She works closely with the development teams responsible for managing the backlog items and monitors the team's progress and quality of deliveries. Supporting product development and execution towards achieving the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities

Act as lead PO to make sure the product/feature is developed correctly across all development teams.
Prioritize the team’s backlog according to business value and technical considerations.
Monitor the team’s execution progress and coordinate all algo deliveries
Drives agile processes and best practices within the team ensuring all features are executed efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Degree in Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of direct experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
Experience working with Jira
Good capability of system analysis and experience in SW development lifecycle
Ability to monitor the development process and coordinate multiple products/features simultaneously
Strong matrix leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various functions
Medical device development regulation experience- Advantage
