What will your job look like?

Policy & controls. Draft and maintain the AI policy, control library, and model/use-case approval workflow; align with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894, ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2, and GDPR.
Risk assessments. Lead DPIA/TRA for use-cases and vendors; define mitigations (data boundaries, access, logging, redaction, human-in-the-loop).
Model risk management. Orchestrate bias/red-teaming, eval thresholds, and model cards; track deviations and corrective actions.
Evidence & audit. Operate gate checklists; maintain auditable artifacts (attestations, DPAs, approvals); support internal/external audits.
Third-party & onboarding. Facilitate security/privacy onboarding for partners with IT/Sec/Legal; standardize questionnaires and periodic reviews.
Incident readiness. Define AI-specific incident playbooks (prompt/data leakage, misuse); coordinate tabletop exercises.
Enablement. Embed secure-use content into training; brief PMs/CoE on control expectations; publish FAQs and guidance.
Regulatory watch. Track emerging AI/privacy requirements; translate into actionable program updates.

All you need is...

6–8 years in GRC/InfoSec/Privacy within large tech/enterprise; AI/ML risk exposure a plus.
Strong knowledge of GDPR/CCPA, ISO 27001/27701, SOC 2; familiarity with NIST AI RMF / ISO 23894.
Hands-on with DPIA/TRA, third-party risk, and audit evidence management.
Ability to translate technical topics (LLMs, data pipelines, logging) into clear controls.
Excellent writing and stakeholder skills across Legal, Security, IT, Product, and Vendors.
Tools: GRC platforms (OneTrust/Archer), Jira/Confluence, and basic BI for dashboards.
