Team8, the world’s leading company-building platform, is hiring a controller to join its finance team.

We are seeking an intelligent and hard-working individual, who is a team player, process-driven and detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
Preparation of quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
Preparation of statutory financial statements and tax return reports.
Working closely with the global Bookkeeping team.
Supervise the intercompany billing process.
Overseeing budget monitoring process.
Assist with analysis as necessary for managerial reporting and forecasting.
Undertaking of ad-hoc financial tasks.

What You’ll Do

Drive all aspects of the financial reporting process (monthly, quarterly, annual) and ensure unflinching accuracy throughout
Manage US and Israeli tax filing processes
Maintain and implement all relevant accounting standards
Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
Manage external audit relationship and annual audit process
Lead finance operation day to day tasks at the management company

Requirements:

C.P.A.
Experienced in an audit of global Hi-Tech companies/ high-growth start-up environment/ VC- Mandatory.
Two years minimum experience as a controller or assistance controller.
High proficiency in English.
Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (NetSuite– Advantage).
Leading projects capabilities and analytical abilities.
Analytical mindset and strong communication skills, especially when it comes to explaining financial information to diverse constituencies
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
Overall track record of professional and academic success
