Data Annotation Team Leader

High-quality labeled datasets for supervised and semi-supervised machine learning algorithms are required for training, testing, benchmarking, research, and exploration of the algorithms.
· We built an operation to deploy, annotate, label, and then manage and consume large volumes of big data.
What will your job look like:
Responsible for managing a team of data annotators for internal annotation projects. This role includes training, quality control, and consistent progress tracking while transferring data according to deadlines.
Responsible for scheduling weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings for your team, tracking key processes such as onboarding, annual reviews, and mandatory training completion, and acting as a liaison between SHEKEL and Mobileye to ensure smooth integration of employees.
Communicate with several Mobileye departments to identify work opportunities, support career growth initiatives for employees, and ensure a steady pipeline of work for the team.
Assisting with internal processes such as system updates, accessible training programs, and policy compliance, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and summaries related to recruitment, employee development, and team progress. Additionally, you will plan and execute initiatives to expand SHEKEL’s role within Mobileye, including informational sessions and training workshops.

All you need Is:
A higher education degree in any field is required
Experience in a managerial position
Experience working with people with disabilities and general understanding of disabilities employment programs
High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
Strong ability to communicate – specifically with people with communication challenges
Customer oriented and delivery orientation
Analytical skills to provide periodic reviews, summaries, and progress reports.
Ability to learn and work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Linux/Confluence/Jira
