What will you do:

CyberArk is seeking a full-time Legal Analyst to join its Global Technology and Privacy team. This person will oversee the daily activities of the company's privacy program and participate in legal projects related to CyberArk's technology, security and AI initiatives, working together with CyberArk's internal technology and privacy lawyers. The position is based in Israel (hybrid) and will report to CyberArk’s Legal Project Manager, Technology and Privacy.

Legal is positioned as a partner and business enabler, mitigating risk while driving positive outcomes and supporting CyberArk’s rapid growth and expansion into new markets. With team members in Israel, the US, the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands, and Singapore, we work to continuously enhance legal and risk management practices and systems to strengthen the business. Manage operations of CyberArk’s Privacy Program, coordinating input of stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, InfoSec, HR, Finance and other business functions.
Engage in legal projects and process improvement initiatives in third-party privacy risk management, technology vendor procurement, AI impact assessments and global training and awareness.
Lead continuous improvement, scalability, and automation of existing legal technology and privacy processes and procedures, such as GDPR Record of Processing Activities, Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Data Subject Requests and Data Retention.
Adopt a data-driven approach to analyzing and monitoring initiative KPIs and metrics, supporting management and board-level reporting and promoting clear and actionable processes that streamline legal technology and privacy operations.
Collaborate with CyberArk’s in-house lawyers to provide expert advice and guidance to employees and privacy ambassadors across the business in relation to the latest requirements in privacy, technology, information security and AI.
Take ownership of review cycles for CyberArk’s internal and public-facing resources related to privacy, technology and AI.

What you need to succeed:

At least three years of relevant experience within a highly regarded business, preferably a leading advisory/ project management firm/ law firm, or technology company.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Native-level English (written and spoken).
Program operations and proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, demonstrated ability of operationalizing technology and data.
Pragmatic thinker and self-starter who consistently delivers on commitments – exceptional organizational skills, resourceful, attention to detail, creative and process-oriented.
Experience of data protection/ privacy/ GDPR or in a technology company an advantage.
Experience implementing compliance/privacy technology an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree.
