Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) – abra (U.S. Branch)

At abra, we are looking for a candidate with a tech background for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads and engaging potential clients in the fields of cloud, cybersecurity, and AI/ML solutions, and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media.
Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities.
Identify decision-makers within target accounts.
Educate prospects about abra’s solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation processes.
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (B2B tech sales experience a plus).
Tech background – REQUIRED! Knowledge or understanding of cloud, cybersecurity, or AI/ML.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM systems and prospecting tools.
Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
