Senior Mechanical Engineer

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing international medical device company that develops and manufactures innovative medical equipment.

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Engineering team.

Job Description:

Mechanical Engineer in the Engineering Team (Operations Department).

Direct Manager: Engineering Manager.

Requirements:

Education:

BSc in mechanical engineering from a well-known establishment

Job Skills:

o Resolve the company products technical issues and continuously support and improve the products’ quality.

o Managing technical ECOs to improve production processes.

o Perform the timely delivery of engineering projects and changes, managing both internal and external stakeholders.

o Conduct technical investigations and experiments, drive for root cause identification as a part of the NCMR process.

o Perform verification and validation activities for production line.

o At least 6 years of proven work experience in mechanical or medical products design and engineering.

o At least 4 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering at a multidisciplinary company.

o Good understanding of assembling and manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, PCB manufacturing etc.) – a must.

o Experience in the medical device industry and with FDA and ISO 13485 medical device regulations - an advantage.

o Experience with single-piece flow manufacturing processes.

o Great problem-solving and debugging capabilities.

· Computer Skills:

o Full control of all Microsoft Office applications

o SolidWorks

· Language skills: Fluent English (written and verbal)

· Personality: Strong technical and analytical skills; excellent interpersonal relationships; self-motivated; independent; able to work under pressure; team player; 'out of the box' thinker.
