Export Licensing Specialist (Ministry of Defense – API Requests)

Job Description:
Netline is seeking an Export Licensing Specialist to handle and manage the licensing processes for defense exports in coordination with the Ministry of Defense and other regulatory bodies. The role includes submitting applications for marketing and export licenses, liaising with governmental and regulatory entities, and supporting export processes in compliance with required regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and submitting applications for defense marketing and export licenses to API (Export Control Division) and the Ministry of Defense.
Registering and updating company products in the relevant databases.
Managing and tracking approval processes and regulatory permits.
Regular communication with government and regulatory authorities, including MAFAT (Directorate of Defense Research & Development).
Maintaining contact with clients to obtain necessary documents for applications.
Coordinating with sales, marketing, engineering, legal, and regulatory departments to ensure compliance.
Understanding and implementing laws, regulations, and guidelines related to defense exports.
Managing documentation and preparing reports in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in submitting API requests and/or working with the Ministry of Defense – mandatory.
Strong knowledge of defense export regulations and procedures.
Experience working with the API portal – an advantage.
Experience working with regulatory authorities and government offices – an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
