Local Tech Support Specialist

We are looking for a Local Tech Support Specialist to join our Operation Department

Core mission

As technical support at Gett's IL operation, you will assist end-users, operation and R&D with their technical needs and provide customer service needs. This includes direct communication with end-users via email/phone.

Responsibilities:

Providing end-to-end support to Gett employees, customers, and suppliers
Investigate and solve technical problems
Responsibility for production system configuration.
Solving complex problems by working closely with developers, QA and other technical personas.
Lead and manage internal and local projects involving system configuration and cross business units coordination.

Requirements

Service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to multiple requests in a dynamic work environment.
Proactive and open-minded with high problem-solving capabilities.
Experience with Excel - required.
Strong technical English language skills - required.
Motivated self-learner.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player.
Experience working in a microservices architecture - advantage
Experience working with Mobile, Web, and Back end technologies - advantage
Experience with SQL - advantage
