Our R&D department is growing, and we are looking for a R&D Project Manager to join the team.

We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented R&D Delivery Lead to join our team. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and plays a pivotal role in shaping our R&D and product strategies. It is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring that R&D and product initiatives are strategically aligned, flawlessly executed, and deliver transformational results for our business.

As an R&D Delivery Lead, you will bridge innovation and delivery, working closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize team performance, and deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader and an organized manager capable of fostering innovation while focusing on achieving our delivery goals.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in a tech-driven product company.
Track record of managing large-scale, complex R&D projects or multi-team product initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

World-Class Leadership: A reputation for building, aligning, and motivating high-performing teams.
Advanced Project Management Expertise: Mastery of Agile, Lean, and hybrid methodologies, with a nuanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with SaaS/cloud development, deployment pipelines, and modern R&D processes.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions, manage priorities, and communicate progress.
Tools Mastery: Expert-level use of tools like Jira, Confluence, and advanced collaboration software.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments and adapt plans as needed.

Preferred

Hands-on experience as a QA Engineer, Automation Specialist, or Software Developer.
Familiarity with cutting-edge development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities:

Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure clarity of scope, deliverables, and milestones.
Metrics-Driven Leadership: Establish and track meaningful KPIs, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders through metrics, dashboards, and reports.
Proactive Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges early, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution.
Innovation Enablement: Integrate cutting-edge tools, technologies, and methodologies into the R&D lifecycle, continuously improving efficiency and outcomes.
