Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is seeking a Team Lead, Global Affiliate Gross Profit and Inventory to support the J&J MedTech Electrophysiology Supply Chain organization, located in Yokneam, Israel.

The Global Affiliate Gross Profit and Inventory Team Lead will be responsible for monthly close and forecast processes related to Inventory accounting and Affiliate Gross Profit for the WW Electrophysiology business. Overseeing accounts payable activities will also be part of this position. This role will partner closely with many teams globally across both Finance and the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Lead robust financial processes, manage inventory reporting, forecasting and reserves.
Lead monthly financial close for the inventory cycle and affiliate gross profit P&L preparation and review.
Act as the central point of contact for the E2E EP ICP processes.
Oversee accounts payable activities.
Establish and enhance financial processes, systems and controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and internal policies.
Promote best practices in financial management with the Inventory planning and operations teams.
Lead a team of three associates.
Implement agile financial structures, and drive adoption of digital tools to enhance efficiency and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Accounting, or related field required.
CPA Required and preferred prior experience in a Big 4 accounting firm.
Expertise in financial processes, ERP systems (JDE/SAP), and analytics.
Proven track record to lead in a fast-paced environment with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator in English and Hebrew both written and verbal. Ability to communicate in Spanish an advantage, but not required.
Familiarity with cost accounting, trade compliance, and financial audits is preferred.
Self-motivated and project-oriented whether independently or with a team.
Prior experience as a people leader.
Flexibility to work in the evening as needed in order to connect with colleagues in Mexico and California.
