ZOLL Itamar’s corporate headquarters, research and development and manufacturing are located in Israel with U.S. headquarters based in Atlanta, GA.Job SummaryThe Sales Coordinator will have a key role in the process of new customer development by managing from start to finish the process of contract development, negotiations and finalization for our customers. The Sales Coordinator will also assist the Sales Team to process other customer related information such as Information Governance & cybersecurity assessments, and Regulatory documents, as needed.The Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for ongoing management of contract extensions as needed.You are part of the ZOLL Itamar Medical team that supports our customers, sales team, legal, IT and managers related to our product sales, fulfillment, and operations. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who is ready to join our team.Primary Responsibilities and Duties:1. Partner with Sales Team and additional Teams as needed.2. Liaise with Legal, IT, Regulatory teams3. Liaise with counterpart at the client’s end4. Lead Contract Process from start to finish:Present contract information to relevant stakeholdersReview Terms and ConditionsNegotiationCompletion of contracts5. Lead information governance and cyber security assessment processes and documentationPresent this to relevant information to stakeholdersReview and complete IG questionnairesLiaise with stakeholders on further assessments6. Lead the way to obtaining IG & cybersecurity approval.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree2+ years’ experience with contract development and legal reviewMedical Device/Health Care experience a plusEnglish Mother Tongue Level, Must.Dutch/French speaking, advantage.Experience with legal documents, advantage for paralegal type experienceExcellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including networking and negotiation skillsComfortable with Customers/Clients/Legal/ITSuccessful demonstration of key project management skills and leadershipMedical Device/Healthcare/Pharma ExperienceStrong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Highly organized and demonstrated ability to proactively plan and communicateExceptional attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work under pressureExcellent verbal, written, and communication skillsStrong organizational & time management skillsSelf-starter with ability to work independently with little direction, but able to collaborate with team members and clientsMust have excellent follow up and follow through qualities, taking ownership & accountabilityFlexible to work late hours or as needed based upon region interaction
