So, what’s the role all about?

As an IT Cloud Services & Infra Program Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in addressing the challenges of our IT projects by standardizing processes, consolidating reporting, and improving communication with upper management. Your responsibilities will include:

Process Standardization: Implementing consistent project management practices across Cloud Services, Infrastructure, and Employee Services.
Reporting Consolidation: Serving as a single point of contact for project updates, consolidating information from various teams.
Presentation Preparation: Creating clear and concise presentations and reports for upper management, summarizing project status and progress.
Budget Planning and Governance: Overseeing budget planning and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Project Management Support: Assisting project managers and teams with various tasks, including cross domain

Have you got what it takes?

Strong project management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High attention to
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (g., Jira).
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment.
Experience with agile project management methodologies.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure.
