Space Planning Coordinator

JLL seeks an experienced Space Planning Coordinator to serve as the operational hub for space planning services across the client's campuses. This client-facing role combines hands-on coordination, systems management, and service delivery to support seamless workplace operations.

What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end space requests, coordinating up to 10 weekly office moves per campus
Own TRIRIGA system maintenance, ensuring 95%+ data accuracy and generating reports for stakeholders
Coordinate cubicle changes, furniture inventory, and office support services through client request systems
Lead project commissioning activities and quality control for construction handovers
Maintain campus drawings and conference room management systems
Conduct lab space assessments and utilization audits
Support large-scale office move projects with tactical planning and execution management

What You'll Need:
3-5 years in Facilities Management, Space Planning, or operational coordination
Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Management Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent practical experience demonstrating relevant capabilities
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Client service excellence and stakeholder management capabilities
Proficiency in space planning systems (TRIRIGA or similar CAFM platforms)
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project); Power BI experience preferred
Fluent Hebrew (native level required); English proficiency advantageous

Preferred:
Experience in high-tech campus environments
Team leadership experience
Professional certifications in Facilities Management or Project Management
