abra SAP department is seeking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions across the organization.

This role requires hands-on experience in SuccessFactors configurations, customizations, portlets, permissions, and MDF. The candidate should also have experience writing technical specifications for the development team for SuccessFactors integrations. A strong willingness to learn and further specialize in SuccessFactors is essential.

A full-time, hybrid position, based in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify solutions to business needs and challenges as they arise from the field.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules according to business requirements.
Create technical specifications for integrations and support the development team.
Assist in testing, deployment, and support of SuccessFactors solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
3-4 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR.
Experience with configurations, customizations, portlets, permissions, and MDF objects.
Ability to write technical specifications for integrations.
Understanding of HR processes and system implementations.
Proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn and deepen expertise in SuccessFactors.
