Role Overview

As a Campaign Manager, you will be at the forefront of the company's digital marketing initiatives, crafting, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Your expertise will be pivotal in achieving the company's clients' growth objectives, making you a key player in the team's success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Design comprehensive Google Ads (including Display, YouTube and search ) or Facebook Ads strategies tailored to the Fintech industry, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of all paid campaigns, ensuring they meet the targeted KPIs and budget allocations.
Performance Analysis: T rack campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Innovation and Trends Oversight : S tay ahead of the curve with the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising.
Budget Management: Monitor spending and manage budgets efficiently to deliver the best outcomes within clients' financial guidelines.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads or Facebook Ads management.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful Google/Facebook Ad campaigns, preferably in the global markets .
Exceptional analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions.
