About the Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling our global logistics operations. This position combines hands-on operational execution with continuous process improvement, working closely with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics partners around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics transactions and shipping orders in the company's ERP system.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery to customers and manufacturing partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve transportation and logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and data integrity.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Manufacturing, and external partners.
• Support logistics process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help scale logistics operations to support the company's rapid growth

• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
