What You’ll Do

You will:

Manage warehouse flow: You will source and allocate parts as needed to fulfil our service commitments. You will also be responsible for receiving, picking, shipping, and assisting the team without supervision and able to step in and take charge when needed.
Ensure top quality: Receiving parts, we trust you to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork delivered with complete attention to details and with the highest quality standards and documentation. You will bring ideas forward to solve complex problems and able to implement those in practice.
Coordinate & Collaborate: To ensure parts availability you collaborate across teams and work closely with suppliers. You review jobs and plan accordingly. You will independently manage complex escalations and collaborate with relevant internal teams and leadership to solve problems and putting in place needed measures to proactively ensure smooth delivery throughout the organization.
Communicate: To provide a seamless experience for our customers, you keep a high level of communication with local Service teams and suppliers
Lead, coach and support: Mentor, coach and develop junior parts advisors, share best practices to further team performance and individual team member’s growth and development. You will lead by example.
Demonstrate Excellence: Have expert knowledge in all relevant Tesla IT systems, processes and best practices. You will demonstrate a strong ability and willingness to share knowledge with fellow peers.
What You’ll Bring

You are:

Experienced: You have extensive Tesla experience within our parts Department.
Interested & fast learner: We don’t require you to be an automotive expert, but we expect you to have a genuine car interest and always be eager to learn more.
A skilled communicator: You speak and write English well and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
A leader: You will have experience of leading, coaching or mentoring more junior Parts Advisors in order to develop them.
Digitally savvy: You have the ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems.
Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team. This includes weekends as well as morning and evening shifts.
Eligible: to work in Israel.
