What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for an exceptional Workato Specialist to join our growing team.

As a Workato Specialist, you will be an individual who can help us continually build, improve, and enhance our business processes through automation.

In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills and you will be responsible for helping our company build solutions for business requirements. you will also be responsible to:

Implementing and developing new processes/features/ systems/modifications
Testing, Debugging, and resolving production issues.
Work across multiple customer-facing teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve the product's vision and to make global businesses and organizations successful.
Technical solutions expert with an aptitude for technical advising, troubleshooting, and analysis. With strong communication skills, you will be proficient in communicating technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
Gather requirements with the business partners, and lead the solution design process jointly with customers, Business Development, and Engineering.
Accelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements.
Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team.

What you need to succeed:

Certified Workato developer with at least 3 years of experience developing recipes.
Experience and understanding in amending code, testing, and preparing for go-live.
Background in information systems, computing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge with APIs – RESTful.
Sound knowledge of Data Structure – JSON.
Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.
Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information, and options quickly.
Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
Ability to work in hybrid mode.
Working with a global team.

How will you stand out from the crowd:

Knowledge of SOAP/XML is a plus.
Experience in one or more general-purpose languages like JavaScript, Python, and Ruby
