What you will be doing

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, with a focus on sourcing and hiring exceptional talent.

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, market data, and guidance throughout the hiring process.

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates from both local and international markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Collaborate with the Employer Branding team to create impactful recruitment campaigns and content.

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and promote best practices in recruitment.

Your skills and experience

4+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a global tech company, with a proven ability to recruit for various functions and levels.

A winning mindset with the drive to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

A creative mindset and a keen interest in leveraging marketing strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

High emotional intelligence and a flexible & open-minded approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
