Managing our accounting (bookkeepers) team. Full responsibility for our monthly reports to the management. Closure of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Preparation of consolidated periodical financial statements with our foreign subsidiaries, based on US GAAP principals, preferably for industrial companies. Support quarterly and annual reports from foreign subsidiaries. Writing and managing the company’s finance and procurement procedures. Qualified and experienced CPA from one of the “big four” accounting firm. CPA with over 3-5 years of experience as a controller in a global Hi-tech company, experience from a project company – advantage Understanding the Inventory Loading Methods – advantage Experience with Subsidiaries abroad – advantage Prior knowledge with ERP Systems, Priority – advantage. Fluent verbal & written English skills. Strong Microsoft Excel and Office applications skills.
