The Role:
BullsMedia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager for the Demand management to join our team and manage our demand portfolio. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing accounts, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our growth in the Chinese market.
Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for direct brands, ensuring excellent service and communication.
Manage and optimize client accounts to drive performance and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals.
Assist in onboarding new demand partners and guiding them through the setup process.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies and resolve client issues promptly.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
