Chief Officer (C/O) | Offshore – Fast Supply Vessel (FSV)

Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on a Fast Supply Vessel operating offshore Israel. Take a key role in deck operations, navigation, and safety, working closely with the Master to ensure smooth and safe vessel operations.

Key responsibilities
Assist the Master in navigation, vessel handling, and daily operations
Plan and supervise deck crew and cargo/boarding operations
Ensure safe mooring, unmooring, and offshore supply operations
Maintain vessel stability, draft, and loading conditions
Oversee deck maintenance, safety equipment, and drills
Implement and follow ISM, ISPS and company safety procedures
Prepare and maintain required logs, reports, and checklists
Requirements
Valid Chief Officer / Chief Mate license (unlimited or appropriate for vessel)
Previous experience as Chief Officer, preferably on FSV or offshore support vessels
Up-to-date STCW certificates and offshore medical
Strong knowledge of offshore operations and safety standards
Good command of English, spoken and written
Team player with strong leadership and communication skills
