Senior Manager, ML Platform

Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead our ML Platform team, who will be responsible for scaling our ML data and training infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. This role requires strong technical background, strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, Large data systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a Data & MLops team fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and technical excellence.
Drive the development of data and labeling infrastructure to support AI training.
Build and implement MLOps methodologies and tooling for the organization.
Work closely with the entire Algo organization teams and R&D functions to align platform capabilities with business needs.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Managerial experience of at least 5 years leading mid-size Data / SW development teams (6-8 ppl) in large enterprises
Demonstrate successful deployment to production of complex Software / Data systems.
At least 10 years of experience developing large data system in support of algorithmic / analytic applications. Prior experience with ML, Computer Vision or Computer Graphics is highly desirable.
Experience designing and implementing large scale MLOps workflows.
Strong track record working with cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in an agile environment
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and collaboration abilities
Fluent in English
