Your mandate is to help accelerate delivery by on boarding teams to effectively use AI tools during the development and testing, support the teams in building production level code and how to best leverage the AI coding agents to meet the production level standards.How will you make an impact?Upskill engineers — run concise workshops and pair‑programming sessions with developers and teams to help them become more proficient and productive in adopting AI coding tools for their SDLCPrototype & demo reference AI agents that illustrate best‑practice patterns teams can reuseProactively suggest tools and processes to improve developer experience and productivityHave you got what it takes?Strong technical background and hands on experience in software engineering. 10+ yrs software engineering, 3+ yrs hands‑on with AI coding toolsWorks closely with the leading AI coding tools (GH CP, ClaudeCode, Cursor, …)Experience developing against the AWS platformExperience developing and using AI AgentsExperience in MCP and A2A protocolsGreat communication skills and ability to work within large distributed organizationExceptional developer‑to‑developer communication and the ability to work autonomously across time zonesLeadership & influence—mentors engineers, drives cross‑functional adoption, and unites remote teams around shared AI standards.What’s in it for you?Join an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams – comprised of the best of the best – work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
