Who has the skills to turn an ordinary asset into something magnetic. Conceptually thinker, who tells visual stories, and isn’t afraid to challenge creative conventions — especially in a world where attention is the rarest currency.You’ll design for campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, and PMax, but also help us reimagine product-facing assets that connect with users inside our websites. And more importantly — you’ll help us rethink how we work, bringing in new AI tools and workflows that make us faster, sharper, and more relevant.What You’ll DoDesign and produce video content and static assets for paid marketing campaigns promoting our brands across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and PMaxCreate visual assets that support product marketing initiatives – including onboarding, feature announcements, product landing pages, and moreLead and contribute to the creative ideation process – from initial concept to final execution – with a focus on streamlining workflows through AI toolsCollaborate closely with performance marketers, product managers, copywriters, and analysts to test, optimize, and improve campaign and product creativesInnovate through the use of AI-based creative tools (e.g. Midjourney, Sora, Veo, GPT, Runway) as part of your daily workflowStay informed on design trends and emerging tools to ensure best-in-class creative outputRequirements:3+ years of experience designing marketing content – especially video and visual assets for paid campaigns and/or product-related communicationsSolid motion design and video editing skillsHigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects) and FigmaHands-on experience with AI-powered creative toolsStrong understanding of performance marketing and product marketing principlesExcellent English – written and verbalA strong portfolio showcasing both video and static creativesWho You AreYou’re curious by nature and energized by changeYou love learning new tools, exploring new ideas, and pushing creative boundariesYou see AI not as a threat, but as an opportunity to go faster, deeper, and weirderYou care about performance — not just how things look, but what they doYou can think like a storyteller, move like a maker, and bring energy to every briefYou don’t wait for the “perfect brief” — you find the angle that makes it interestingYou’re collaborative, opinionated (in a good way), and fun to work with Please attach your portfolio/work samples when applying
