Ai Trainer / Ai Data Trainer - Remote

Job Overview:

We are looking for an AI Trainer to help improve and evaluate AI models by providing high-quality data, feedback, and domain-specific insights. This role involves working closely with AI systems to train, test, and refine their responses across various tasks such as language, reasoning, coding, or domain-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Train AI models by creating, reviewing, and refining prompts and responses
Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality
Perform data annotation, labeling, and categorization tasks
Provide feedback to improve model performance and reduce errors
Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality standards
Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (CS, Engineering, Linguistics, Math, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
Comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and AI platforms
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AI training, data annotation, or content evaluation
Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering
Domain expertise (e.g., coding, mathematics, language, finance, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets
