Location: Relevantz R&D Center (R2DC), Virudhunagar

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of sprint planning, capacity and velocity.

Provide required clarity to team during daily sprint standups.

Follow up and closure of impediments.

Prepare sprint report and present them in sprint closure review.

Contribute during sprint planning and grooming.

Ensure sprint backlogs are up to date with priority.

Drive scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews and sprint retrospectives.

Ensure there are no delays due to dependencies during sprint execution.

Provide technical assistance during story point estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting etc.,

Create collaborative environment to ensure team contribute to achieving overall sprint goal.

Requirements and skills:

Communication – Provide transparency by having open communication and keeping all stakeholders informed about overall progress.

Technical skill – Should be able to do the first level due diligence on technical support required for the team and assess the story point validation during sprint planning.

Domain knowledge – Should have on the job learning ability to understand the functional understanding of the requirement, so that you can translate the product requirement to the team and liaise with product owner.

Leadership and mentoring – Mentor the team and groom them in transforming into self-driven agile team.

Decision making – Enable decision making along with product owner and other stakeholders. Provide required inputs as an on the ground person.

Collaboration – Network with different teams from various locations in the organization, get the thing moving by proactive actions required.

Presentation skill: Should present the sprint status to leadership team.

Management of stakeholder – Provide insight information about the progress made by each team and extract required support from required stakeholder.

Soft skills – Highly approachable and a problem solver. Ready to support when it is required. Bring in the energy required for the team to perform their best.
