About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of product design at Ship4wd. You’ll lead the design direction across our platform, from high-level UX thinking to detailed UI execution. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role for someone who’s excited to take initiative, make smart decisions quickly, and build a system—not just screens. You’ll work closely and report directly to the Head of Product, but design will be yours to run.

What You’ll Do

Own the Design Function
Lead product design end-to-end — from early discovery through final execution
Understand business goals, manage priorities and timelines accordingly; this is not a role that will be babysat.
Lead with Research
Drive user, market, and design research — uncover user needs, analyze competitor experiences, and stay sharp on industry trends
Use insights to frame problems, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that work in the real world
Design for Real Impact
Turn complex, business-critical flows into intuitive journeys across mobile and desktop that build trust and confidence
Drive real outcomes — increase conversion, reduce drop-off, and impact revenue and retention
Collaborate Across Teams
Work with PMs, engineers, ops, marketing, and CX to align on problems, priorities, and solutions
Communicate clearly, defend design decisions, and drive clarity in fast-moving, cross-functional work
Use Data to Drive Decisions
Pull and analyze data from product, CX, ops, and marketing to uncover behavior patterns and validate design ideas
Run experiments and turn insights into high-impact design bets that align with business goals and real-world constraints
Design with Insight and Intent
Create consistent, effective designs by knowing what to reuse, what to reinvent, and when to simplify
Stay flexible — design with speed and clarity, adapting to constraints without getting stuck in “design for design’s sake”
