What you'll be spending your time on:

The new addition to our Department will be working with world leading schemes, understanding compliance & regulatory requirements related to card issuing and support the configuration of Payoneer different products.

Working closely with various internal Payoneer Departments and partners:

MC Europe, MC USA,
PSP and ACS providers
Compliance & Legal Teams on scheme regulations.
Project and Product Management Teams : implementing new products mandated by schemes in Payoneer
Other Operational teams like:, Risk (Chargeback) Finance (Reconciliation) Payoneer teams abroad, Processing team and Fulfillment houses

Have you done this kind of stuff?

Regularly review Mastercard bulletins, standards, and announcements.
Analysis updates implications on the company's operations and regulatory compliance.
Lead and manage compliance-/tech-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of compliance requirements and operational changes
Collaboration with internal teams to implement necessary changes to comply with Mastercard standards.
Communication of updates and implications to relevant departments and stakeholders.
Continuously monitoring for new Mastercard bulletins and standards.
Evaluation the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SQL-basic is an advantage.
Basic understanding of EMV (Europay, Mastercard, and Visa) technology and its implications for card operations.
Project management skills, including the ability to lead projects and coordinate with various teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
