RESPONSIBILITIES
Ideation - Collect and suggest inbound requirements for our dear Marketing, CRM, and Data engineering's platform needs. Form it into a long term roadmap and short term sprints.
Planning - Research and break it down to technical implementation requirements, mostly around data modeling work, data quality, External APIs and integrations, and internal systems' UI/UX.
Validation - Validate with our users and with external support and consultants, that we are on the right path.
Execution - Plan development sprints together with Data engineering and with R&D teams, and support them all the way throughout the execution and testing.
Launch - Deliver the message to our users, guide them how to use new features, test and monitor its success.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in ETL+DWH engineering. High level skills in data modeling, SQL querying, and performance optimization.
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, and/or Team Leadership.
1+ years of experience with CRM/Marketing solutions.
