Sales Representative - General Practitioners & Pharmacists

Tel Aviv, Israel | Full time | Field-based | R1575391 Sales Representative Role purpose Partners with healthcare customers to understand their needs and help more patients benefit from the right treatment, through insight-led, compliant and well-planned engagement, live or virtual, according to what the customer prefers. Key responsibilities • Develop and strengthen professional relationships with General Practitioners (and pharmacists where applicable), working closely with the Area Manager / Team Lead and the local team to achieve project objectives. • Present the product and provide ongoing scientific information and education, in compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures. • Maintain a high level of scientific and regulatory knowledge. • Monitor market developments and regularly share structured market insights and feedback. Experience and requirements • Proven experience in a similar role and knowledge of the GP target audience in the assigned territory. • University degree in a scientific discipline per local legislation. • Solid scientific background. • Languages: Hebrew and English required; Arabic required depending on the region. • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; active listening. • Strong results orientation, good organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving.
