abra is seeking for an Digital Prodact Manager

This role requires At least 3 years of prior experience as a Product Manager

A full time position, based in Lod

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic thinking and defining a digital product roadmap.
Managing the full product lifecycle – identifying needs, writing requirements, overseeing development, and leading product launches.
Leading cross-organizational digital initiatives while collaborating with multiple interfaces across Leumi (Development, Legal, Information Security, and more).
Monitoring, measuring, and closely tracking product performance to identify trends, issues, and friction points in order to maximize success rates.
Working with design agencies.
Team collaboration, commitment, and close cooperation with other product managers within the division.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of prior experience as a Product Manager – required
In-depth familiarity with the financial industry – required
Experience in writing business requirements and reading technical specifications – required
Strong understanding of customer experience and UI/UX principles – required
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment – required
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and teamwork orientation – required
