Junior Electrical Engineer - Maternity Leave Replacement

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team working on cutting edge Lidar product for the automotive industry. Our team is a part of the optics group of a self-sufficient R&D organization responsible for various in-product monitoring mechanisms, from feature definition and development to calibration, characterization, data analysis and automation
What will your job look like:
Design and implement optical characterization setups, including testing tools and automation.
Hands on lab work with DUTs, lab equipment, setup development and SW implementation.
Working closely with multi-disciplinary R&D teams to ensure end to end delivery from architecture to working solutions.
All you need is:
BSc in electrical engineering (electro-optics knowledge – advantage).
Knowledge in MATLAB (additional knowledge in Python - advantage).
Hands on experience with lab equipment (scope, DMM, signal generators etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
