About the Role :

The FlexId Group sits at the heart of our mission — building the infrastructure and features that power our core product.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of these systems, with a strong focus on automation and scalable testing practices.

What You'll Do :

Design and execute detailed, comprehensive test plans

Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities

Perform thorough regression testing after bug fixes

Develop and refine testing processes for our next-generation products

Lead the design and implementation of robust automation frameworks to validate complex distributed systems

Define automation testing strategies, balancing coverage, speed, and maintainability

Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines from the ground up

What you'll need:

4+ years of QA / Automation / Development experience, including testing decentralized applications in server–client architectures across cloud and on-prem environments (must)

Proven experience in automation testing design — defining best practices, and mentoring others

Highly organized, methodical, and comfortable with multitasking

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Self-driven, quick learner, and collaborative team player

Cybersecurity background (strong advantage)

Hands-on scripting and automation development (advantage)

Familiarity with cloud deployments (advantage)

Relevant technical degree (advantage)

Fluent in English
