Position Summary:

Our Manager of Product for the Perfecto team at Perforce is searching for a Product Owner to join the team. The Product Owner at Perforce will lead the product at all stages of the product lifecycle and closely partner with customers. The product owner will also work collaboratively with all colleagues in the Research & Development, User Experience Design, Support, Marketing and Sales organizations to drive product improvement and new product development, and to ensure the successful business performance of the product.

This position will support our Perfecto brand. Perfecto is the most trusted platform for testing web and mobile apps. Responsibilities:
Develop user requirements and translate them into product solutions that satisfy customers’ needs.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of strategies within the lifecycle of existing products.
Manage and enhance product quality, ensure ease of use, and continually evaluate product performance to improve functionality and delivery.
Ensure alignment with company objectives and market demands.
May be required to support additional products/brands as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency in English.
Willingness to take risks and embrace a culture of learning.
Team player mentality with a customer-focused attitude.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and the ability to advocate for user-centric design.
Experience with continuous integration, DevOps automation tools and automated testing – advantageous
Experience with development or testing of mobile native, mobile web or desktop web applications – advantageous
Understanding of Generative AI concepts and experience with such models – advantageous
