DevOps Engineer

NICE is looking for highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join new Illuminate AI product.

What you’ll be doing:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery of our AI products.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to enhance operations.
Collaborate with various teams to align development and operations for seamless integration.
Continuously research industry trends and technologies, applying best practices to improve our DevOps processes.

What you’ll need:

BSc in computer science or relevant education.
2-3 years of experience as DevOps engineer.
Strong foundation in CI/CD pipeline management.
Well familiar and proficient in AWS platform – Must
Understanding AWS services and best practices.
Experience with Jenkins – Must.
Infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Terraform)
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker.
Skilled in scripting languages like Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.
Familiar with: Linux systems, Git, GitHub.
