Global Procurement Sr. Director

Want to change the way the world drinks? We’re on the lookout for a super-talented Global Procurement Sr. Director to join our Global Leadership team at SodaStream HQ in Kfar Saba. Reporting to the COO, you’ll be one of the Operation Leadership team members, leading our Procurement department. What will your workday look like?

· Manage a total annual spend of approximately $500M.

· Oversee the entire spending of the company including raw materials, packaging, equipment, marketing, IT, logistics, real estate, and more.

· Responsibility for Capex investments to increase capacity and expansion of production sites.

· Build and manage a global network of OEM suppliers

· Define long-term global procurement strategy, people & capabilities, systems, and methods to deliver best-in-class services to the organization.

· Cross-functional teaming across other business functions and initiatives such as R&D, Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, Legal, finance and more

· Manage a global procurement department (~20 employees)

Requirements:

· Proven Experience working in a matrix global structure in an industrial/production context

· Proven experience in services/indirect procurement (10+ years)

· Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and functional partners.

· Deep understanding of information and procurement systems and methods

· In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, systems, and best practices

· Analytical mindset, but also creativity to seek, encourage, and find non-traditional and out-of-the-box approaches

· Ability to work in a super dynamic, high-paced environment

· An Influencer, decision-maker and data-oriented person

· An Influencer with proven leadership and people orientation.

· English – fluent (verbal and written communication)

· Availability for international travel
